PM Narendra Modi announced Monday that India's CO-WIN platform for Covid vaccination is being made open source - available to any and every country - for health interventions across the world. The Prime Minister made the announcement while addressing a Co-WIN Global conclave that, according to official sources, saw participation from over 140 countries.
