Rain or thundershowers are expected in the city on Monday, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Sunday. There is a warning about high-speed winds caused by a low pressure area over the south-east and adjoining east-central Arabian Sea that is likely to intensify into a cyclonic storm.
