Intelligence agencies on early Sunday apprehended a couple linked to Khorasan Module of the Islamic State from Okhla area of south-east Delhi. They have been accused of instigating anti-Citizenship Ammendment Act protests and motivating youths to carry out terror strikes in retaliation. The Delhi Police's special cell is interrogating both.
