Tihar jail authorities on Saturday said that the mental illness claim made by one of the four death row convicts in the Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case is a "bundle of distorted facts". The authorities told the court that CCTV footage established that the convict, Vinay Sharma, had inflicted "superficial" injuries on himself and had no psychological disorder.
