It has been a week since Uddhav Thackeray took oath as Maharashtra CM but cabinet members are still without portfolio. A tug-of-war for plum departments between allies Congress and NCP is said to be the reason. A minister said that the Shiv Sena was not pressing for any portfolio, but both Congress and NCP were demanding finance, revenue, home departments.
