Asserting that normalcy has been restored in Kashmir Valley following the abrogation of Article 370 on August 5, Union home minister Amit Shah on Wednesday said that security concerns have to be factored in before restoring internet connectivity in the region. “We have to take into account the activities being undertaken in our neighbouring country," he said.
