Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday declared that strict action would be taken against “even Hindu men who, while married, take another wife and harass the first wife”. The CM also met Muslim women from the state, who are victims of triple talaq, and promised action against police personnel who have not handled cases of triple talaq as per law.
