Two weeks after the International Court of Justice's order, Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav, who is on death row in Pakistan, will be granted consular access by Friday, announced Pak's foreign office. External Affairs spokesperson Ravish Kumar said that India will evaluate Pakistan's proposal as per the guidelines given by the ICJ in its July 17 judgement.
