David Warner, who was dismissed for 2 on the opening day of the first Ashes Test, received a rude gesture from the Edgbaston crowd as the fans waved sandpaper at him after his dismissal. The trio of Warner, Steve Smith and Cameron Bancroft are playing together for the first time since the sandpaper gate in March 2018.
