Senior Congress leader and three-time former Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit passed away on Saturday afternoon. Dikshit served as chief minister of Delhi for three consecutive terms from 1998 to 2013. Known as a warm and affable politician, Dikshit carried out massive infrastructure development of Delhi during her tenure.
