A major shuffle of Congress ministers in the HD Kumaraswamy government appears on the anvil in December — if the coalition government pulls through till then. The Congress high command is likely to seek the resignation of all its ministers and inject fresh faces in the cabinet, a decision which will mean some ministerial aspirants who are openly voicing dissent would get a berth.
