Prime Minister Narendra Modi has met finance minister Arun Jaitley, hours after he announced his decision not to seek a ministerial berth in the new government. The deliberations at the meeting were not immediately known. Modi and his council of ministers would be sworn in at Rashtrapati Bhawan Thursday evening.
