The income support for farmers announced in the Budget is not a one-off measure ahead of elections and opposition-ruled states that delayed providing lists of beneficiaries eligible for transfer of Rs 6,000 a year will risk incurring curse of farmers, PM Narendra Modi said here on Sunday.
