Actors portraying Ram and Lakshman sat on dharna protesting against the unhygienic conditions around the Dhanesra pond, the place where two episodes were to be enacted. The stink was so intense that the two artistes began vomiting. The enraged artists sat on a dharna at the site and resumed the show only after a couple of hours and much pleading.
