Earlier this month, an input with the intelligence agencies had suggested that one of Maulana Masood Azhar’s nephews named Usman (codename: Abu Huzaifa) was about to infiltrate into the Valley. Usman was reportedly the deputy chief of Jaish’s sniper squad.
