Five police personnel have been suspended for allegedly giving special 'treatment' at a civil hospital to Dawood Ibrahim's brother, Iqbal Kaskar, who was arrested in extortion cases. Kaskar was caught on camera eating biryani and smoking a cigarette in front of police.
