Justice P Naveen Rao sentenced the IAS officer K Siva Kumar Naidu to one-month jail for displaying "vindictive attitude" towards a retired govt employee for availing legal remedies from the Hyderabad HC. The judge also directed the state govt to pay a compensation of Rs 50k to the retired employee.
