A suicide bomber targeted a group of Sikhs and Hindus in the eastern city of Jalalabad, killing at least 10 people, according to a statement by an Afghan official. No one immediately claimed responsibility for the attack, but the Taliban and an Islamic State affiliate are active in the province.
